About John M. Lugauer

Nearly two decades ago, while finishing a Bachelor of Science degree at Taylor University, John Lugauer decided to pursue a career as a financial planner. After several years working as a systems analyst in a financial institution, he continued to learn about the investment and financial industry and worked part-time in the industry to gain experience. In 1999, John opened his office in Schoolcraft, Michigan, and completed his securities registration and insurance licensing requirements.

John desires to be a very knowledgeable and honest financial planner for his clients. He has continued his life-long learning by completing his advisory designation in late 1999 and additional exam requirements in 2004, Registered Financial Consultant designation and the industry-leading CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER^TM Practitioner designation in 2007.

John’s hobbies include: running, biking, music and outdoor activities.
